هاي لينك خدمة تديرها نهى عوض من الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية. نشخّص الشغل اليومي لأصحاب الأعمال، ونبني أنظمة أتمتة تربط أدواتهم ببعض (مثل WhatsApp وn8n وClaude)، ونشغّلها ونراقبها.

استخدامك للموقع أو طلبك للتشخيص يعني موافقتك على هذي الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية.

02التشخيص المجاني

• التشخيص والتقرير مجانيان بالكامل، وما يلزمك بأي شي.
• التقرير توصية مبنية على المعلومات اللي تعطينا إياها. دقته تعتمد على دقتها، والقرار النهائي لك.
• التقرير لك تحتفظ فيه وتستخدمه حتى لو ما كملنا معك.

03العرض والسعر

• ما نبدأ أي شغل مدفوع قبل ما نرسل لك عرضًا مكتوبًا يحدد النطاق والسعر والمدة وشروط الدفع، وتوافق عليه كتابيًا (رد بالإيميل يكفي).
• أي شي خارج نطاق العرض نتفق عليه كتابيًا قبل تنفيذه.
• رسوم اشتراكات الأدوات الخارجية (مثل WhatsApp Business API أو الاستضافة أو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي) تكون على حسابك وباسمك، إلا إذا ذكر العرض غير كذا.

04الملكية والتسليم

• بعد سداد قيمة المشروع كاملة، النظام والحسابات والورك فلو ملكك بالكامل، والحسابات تكون باسمك.
• نحتفظ بحقنا في المعرفة العامة والأساليب والقوالب العامة اللي نستخدمها في شغلنا، بدون أي بيانات أو معلومات خاصة فيك.
• ما نستخدم بياناتك أو بيانات عملائك في أي مشروع ثاني.

05المراقبة والدعم

نراقب النظام أول 30 يومًا بعد التشغيل مجانًا، ونصلّح أي خلل في اللي بنيناه خلالها. بعدها، الدعم يكون حسب اتفاق مكتوب بيننا.

06مسؤولياتك

• تعطينا معلومات صحيحة، وصلاحيات الوصول اللازمة للحسابات والأنظمة.
• تتأكد إن لك حق استخدام البيانات اللي تمر عبر النظام، وإن عملاءك موافقين على مراسلتهم (مثل سياسات WhatsApp Business).
• تراجع إعدادات الردود الآلية قبل التشغيل وتبلغنا بأي ملاحظة.
• تلتزم بالأنظمة المعمول فيها في نشاطك.

07الذكاء الاصطناعي والأدوات الخارجية

• الردود اللي يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن تخطئ أحيانًا. نصمم النظام بحيث يحوّل لك الحالات الحساسة أو اللي خارج نطاقه، لكن ما نضمن إن كل رد آلي صحيح 100٪.
• النظام يعتمد على خدمات أطراف ثالثة. أي تغيير في أسعارها أو سياساتها أو توقفها خارج عن سيطرتنا، ونساعدك تتعامل معه حسب اتفاقنا.

08حدود المسؤولية

• الأرقام والقصص في الموقع أمثلة من شغل سابق، وما تعتبر ضمانًا لنتيجة معينة في نشاطك.
• ما نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة (مثل فوات الربح) الناتجة عن استخدام النظام أو توقفه.
• مسؤوليتنا الكلية عن أي مشروع لا تتجاوز المبلغ اللي دفعته لنا عن هذا المشروع.

09السرية

نحافظ على سرية أي معلومة عن نشاطك أو عملائك نطلع عليها خلال العمل، وما نشاركها إلا بموافقتك أو بإلزام نظامي. ولو حبينا نذكر مشروعك كمثال في موقعنا، نطلب إذنك أول.

10إيقاف المشروع

تقدر توقف المشروع في أي وقت ببلاغ مكتوب. تدفع مقابل اللي أنجزناه حتى تاريخ الإيقاف حسب العرض، ونسلّمك كل اللي تم بناؤه.

11النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. وأي خلاف نحاول نحله وديًا أولًا، وإذا ما انحل فالاختصاص لمحاكم المملكة.

12التعديلات والتواصل

لو عدّلنا الشروط، ننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. والمشاريع القائمة تبقى على العرض اللي اتفقنا عليه. لأي سؤال: highlink.sa@gmail.com

Highlink is a service run by Noha Awad from Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We diagnose business owners' daily work, build automation systems that connect their tools (such as WhatsApp, n8n, and Claude), and run and monitor them.

By using this website or requesting a diagnosis, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

02The free diagnosis

• The diagnosis and its report are completely free and commit you to nothing.
• The report is a recommendation based on the information you give us. Its accuracy depends on that information, and the final decision is yours.
• The report is yours to keep and use even if we don't continue together.

03Proposal and price

• We don't start any paid work before sending you a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms, and you approve it in writing (an email reply is enough).
• Anything outside the proposal's scope is agreed in writing before we do it.
• Subscription fees for third-party tools (such as the WhatsApp Business API, hosting, or AI models) are paid by you and held in your name, unless the proposal says otherwise.

04Ownership and handover

• Once the project is paid in full, the system, accounts, and workflows are fully yours, and the accounts are in your name.
• We keep our general know-how, methods, and generic templates we use in our work, without any of your data or private information.
• We never use your data or your customers' data in any other project.

05Monitoring and support

We monitor the system for free for the first 30 days after launch and fix any fault in what we built during that time. After that, support follows a written agreement between us.

06Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access needed to the relevant accounts and systems.
• Make sure you have the right to use the data that passes through the system, and that your customers have agreed to be messaged (for example under WhatsApp Business policies).
• Review the automated reply settings before launch and tell us about anything you want changed.
• Comply with the regulations that apply to your business.

07AI and third-party tools

• AI-generated replies can sometimes be wrong. We design the system to pass sensitive or out-of-scope cases to you, but we can't guarantee that every automated reply is 100% correct.
• The system relies on third-party services. Changes to their prices or policies, or outages, are outside our control, and we help you deal with them as agreed.

08Limitation of liability

• The numbers and stories on this website are examples from past work and are not a guarantee of any particular result for your business.
• We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) arising from using the system or from it stopping.
• Our total liability for any project does not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.

09Confidentiality

We keep confidential any information about your business or your customers that we see during the work, and we only share it with your consent or when the law requires it. If we would like to mention your project as an example on our website, we ask your permission first.

10Stopping a project

You can stop a project at any time with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that date under the proposal, and we hand over everything built so far.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first, and if that fails, the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.

12Changes and contact
