02وش البيانات اللي نجمعها

لما تعبّي نموذج التشخيص في الصفحة: اسم نشاطك، رقم الواتساب، إيميلك، المهمة اللي اخترتها، وإجاباتك في المحادثة السريعة لو استخدمتها، ولغة الصفحة.

لما تعبّي نموذج التشخيص التفصيلي: إجاباتك عن طريقة شغلك الحالية، وإيميلك عشان نرسل لك التقرير.

لما تراسلنا: محتوى رسائلك على الإيميل أو الواتساب.

لو صرت عميلًا: البيانات اللي تمر عبر الأنظمة اللي نبنيها لك (مثل طلبات عملائك ومحادثاتهم). هذي بياناتك أنت، ونعالجها نيابة عنك وحسب تعليماتك فقط.

تقنيًا:

• ما نستخدم كوكيز تتبع، ولا أدوات تحليلات، ولا إعلانات.
• نحفظ اختيارك للغة (عربي/English) في متصفحك فقط، وما يوصلنا.
• الخطوط تُحمَّل من Google Fonts، فيستلم Google عنوان IP جهازك عند فتح الصفحة.
• مستضيف الموقع وسيرفر الأتمتة يسجّلون سجلات تقنية مؤقتة (مثل وقت الطلب وعنوان IP) لأغراض الأمان وحل الأعطال.

03ليش نستخدمها

• للرد على طلبك والتواصل معك على الواتساب اللي أعطيتنا إياه.
• لإرسال إيميل تلقائي يأكد لك إن طلبك وصل.
• لإجراء التشخيص وإرسال تقريره لك.
• لتنفيذ المشروع لو اتفقنا عليه، ومتابعة النظام بعد التشغيل.
• للوفاء بأي التزام نظامي علينا.

ما نرسل لك رسائل تسويقية إلا بموافقتك، وتقدر توقفها متى ما بغيت.

04مع مين نشاركها

ما نبيع بياناتك لأحد. نستخدم مزودي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا، كل واحد بقدر حاجته:

• GitHub Pages (GitHub) — استضافة صفحات هذا الموقع، ويستلم عنوان IP جهازك عند فتحها مثل أي استضافة.
• Hostinger — تسجيل الدومين، واستضافة سيرفر الأتمتة (n8n) اللي يستقبل النموذج.
• Google — Google Sheets لحفظ الطلبات، وGmail للمراسلة ولتنبيهنا بالطلبات الجديدة، وGoogle Fonts للخطوط.
• Tally — نموذج التشخيص التفصيلي.
• Anthropic — نموذج Claude اللي يساعدنا نصيغ تقرير التشخيص من إجاباتك.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — للتواصل معك.

وقد نفصح عن بيانات لجهة حكومية إذا ألزمنا النظام بذلك.

05نقل البيانات خارج المملكة

بعض مزودي الخدمات أعلاه خوادمهم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، فقد تُنقل بياناتك إليها. ننقل أقل قدر لازم فقط، ونلتزم في ذلك بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه.

06كم نحتفظ بها

• طلبات التشخيص اللي ما تحولت لمشروع: نحذفها بعد 12 شهرًا من آخر تواصل.
• بيانات العملاء: طوال مدة العمل معك، ثم المدة اللي تفرضها الأنظمة فقط.
• سجلات سيرفر الأتمتة التقنية: حتى 30 يومًا. ومستضيف الموقع يحتفظ بسجلاته حسب سياسته.

وتقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك قبل هذي المدد في أي وقت.

07حقوقك

حسب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة، لك الحق في:

• معرفة وش نجمع عنك وليش.
• الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك.
• تصحيح بياناتك لو فيها خطأ.
• طلب حذفها.
• الرجوع عن موافقتك في أي وقت.

08كيف نحميها

نقصر الوصول لبياناتك على من يحتاجه للعمل فقط، ونستخدم اتصالًا مشفرًا (HTTPS)، وكلمات مرور قوية مع التحقق بخطوتين على الحسابات اللي تحفظ البيانات. ما فيه نظام آمن 100٪، لكن لو صار تسريب يمس بياناتك، نبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة حسب النظام.

خدمتنا لأصحاب الأعمال، وما نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون 18 سنة.

10التعديلات على هذي السياسة

لو عدّلنا السياسة، ننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. والتعديلات الجوهرية نبلغ بها عملاءنا مباشرة.

01Who is responsible for your data

Highlink is a business automation service run by Noha Awad from Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for processing the data you give us through this website.

02What we collect

When you fill in the diagnosis form on the page: your business name, WhatsApp number, email, the task you chose, your answers in the quick chat if you used it, and the page language.

When you fill in the detailed diagnosis form: your answers about how you work today, and your email so we can send you the report.

When you message us: the content of your messages by email or WhatsApp.

If you become a client: the data that passes through the systems we build for you (such as your customers' orders and conversations). That is your data, and we process it on your behalf and only on your instructions.

Technical:

• We don't use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or ads.
• Your language choice (Arabic/English) is stored only in your browser and never reaches us.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when you open the page.
• The website host and our automation server keep short-lived technical logs (such as request time and IP address) for security and troubleshooting.

03Why we use it

• To reply to your request and contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave us.
• To send you an automatic email confirming we received your request.
• To carry out the diagnosis and send you its report.
• To deliver the project if we agree on one, and to monitor the system after launch.
• To meet any legal obligation we have.

We only send you marketing messages with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.

04Who we share it with

We don't sell your data to anyone. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, each only as much as it needs:

• GitHub Pages (GitHub) — hosts this website's pages and receives your device's IP address when you open them, like any web host.
• Hostinger — registers our domain and hosts the automation server (n8n) that receives the form.
• Google — Google Sheets to store requests, Gmail for email and for alerting us to new requests, and Google Fonts for fonts.
• Tally — the detailed diagnosis form.
• Anthropic — the Claude model that helps us write the diagnosis report from your answers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to contact you.

We may also disclose data to a government authority if the law requires it.

05Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of the providers above have servers outside Saudi Arabia, so your data may be transferred there. We transfer only the minimum needed, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.

06How long we keep it

• Diagnosis requests that didn't become a project: deleted 12 months after our last contact.
• Client data: for as long as we work together, then only as long as the law requires.
• Our automation server's technical logs: up to 30 days. The website host keeps its own logs under its own policy.

You can ask us to delete your data before then at any time.

07Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Know what we collect about you and why.
• Get a copy of your data.
• Correct your data if it is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

08How we protect it

We limit access to your data to the people who need it for the work, and we use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong passwords, and two-step verification on the accounts that store data. No system is 100% secure, but if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and notify the relevant authorities as the law requires.

09Minors

Our service is for business owners, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. We tell our clients directly about significant changes.
